GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE
Teraqua has opened this site for the personal information of its users. No commercial use, even partial, of the data presented on this site may be made without the prior written consent of Teraqua. This page details the legal conditions applying to each visitor to this site. Consulting it implies unconditional acceptance and application of the specifications in this document.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND COPYRIGHT
Access to the Site confers on the Customer a private and non-exclusive right of use. This Site and all of its contents, in particular trademarks, texts, logos, drawings, images, sounds, patents, etc., are the property of Teraqua and are protected by the provisions of the Intellectual Property Code. Any use of the content, names and trademarks, i.e. their reproduction, representation or, more generally, their exploitation, in whole or in part, by any means and on any medium whatsoever, without the prior written consent of Teraqua is prohibited and constitutes an act of counterfeiting, which is punishable under criminal and civil law.
However, it is entirely possible to use certain elements in the form of a quotation, indicating the source of the quotation, i.e. “Teraqua”, and a visible and active link to the article or page concerned on the Site.
Any other use requires the express prior consent of Teraqua. It is entirely possible to use hypertext links to the Site, including deep links. In any event, Teraqua reserves the right to prohibit such links, even tacitly authorized, following a subsequent check, which must then be removed at Teraqua’s first request.
a) This entire site, the presentation and each of the elements, including logos, graphics, photographs, plans, videos, sounds, etc. appearing on the site are protected by French and international legislation in force relating to intellectual property and are the exclusive property of Teraqua.
b) No license, nor any other right other than the right to consult the “site” is granted to anyone with regard to intellectual property rights. Reproduction of documents from the site is authorized exclusively for information purposes for personal and private use; any reproduction or use of copies made for other purposes is expressly prohibited.
c) Use of documents: all information, images, videos, advertising campaigns, etc. are protected as indicated above. These achievements are subject to the rights of third parties (i.e. photographers, models, illustrators, directors…) who are the subject of rights assignments that have been negotiated by mutual agreement. As such, all rights of reproduction, representation and public communication, including downloadable documents representing productions (posters, press, films…) are reserved in this specific context.
No commercial exploitation is authorized and the clauses of the present paragraphs a) b) c) are applicable. Failure to comply with these clauses and their prohibitions constitutes an infringement that may result in the civil or criminal liability of the counterfeiter.
